The Challenge

Paradex — a high-performance, zero-fee perpetual DEX built on Starknet and backed by Coinbase Ventures — had achieved strong product-market fit globally, but lacked the local relationships, community infrastructure, and cultural context needed to penetrate the Chinese market, one of the world's largest and most influential crypto user bases.

Our Solution

ScalingX Labs served as Paradex's exclusive China CTM (China-to-Market) partner. We designed and executed a comprehensive China market entry strategy: a 4-city roadshow (Shenzhen → Chengdu → Xi'An → Shanghai) from Nov 21–28, 2025, activating our KOL network, connecting the Paradex team with local trading communities, and building the community infrastructure for sustained growth in the Chinese market.
